Though sometimes it can press into your skin if it's at the wrong angle, also i would recommend going one clip further at a time, it really hurts your stomach if you go too fast. Also for the ones who have a bit of a posture problem, so do i! I have a really bad sway back but when i wear this it helps quite a bit! Though if it's too tight, the air holes for no sweating may put marks on your skin. I really really hope this helps!
